PSC Schedules Rockville Hearing on Pepco

Gaithersburg Mayor Sidney Katz is one of many elected officials who requested the PSC investigation of Pepco.

The Maryland Public Service Commission (PSC) is bringing its investigation of Pepco to Rockville.

A public hearing is scheduled for August 30, beginning at 6 p.m., at the Montgomery County Council’s 3rd Floor Hearing Room (100 Maryland Avenue) to discuss the reliability and quality of the electric distribution service of Pepco.

Those who want to speak will have a maximum of five minutes. Written comments may also be filed by August 31. The signed paper comments should be submitted to Terry J. Romine, Executive Secretary, Maryland PSC, William Donald Schaefer Tower, 6 St. Paul Street, 16th floor, Baltimore, Maryland, 21202 and reference “Case No. 9240 – Public Comment.”
