No Shelf Required

‘Tis the season … the season for books, movies, music and more! Are you having trouble trying to find something good to read? We can help with that. Our librarians love nothing more than to try to match you with the right book. If you like to browse for yourself, however, we have an interesting way to help you: a database called NoveList.

NoveList helps you search for whatever it is that interests you. Do you want to read a book about women in Japan in the 1930s? Or maybe you love books about time travel? If you heard a book mentioned on “The View” that sounded interesting, there’s a search limiter for that as well. No matter where your interests lie, NoveList allows you to tailor your search to exactly what you’re looking for. Access it through our website:>>Learn>>Book Recommendations>>NoveList. You’ll need a library card number to sign in; otherwise you’re ready to go.

We have a number of fun programs coming up this month. None of our programs require registration, so feel free to drop in and check them out.
